Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation:
A booking is confirmed once the payment is processed and a confirmation email is sent.

Payment Terms:
Full payment or a deposit (as specified) must be made at the time of booking. The remaining balance (if applicable) is due [specify period, e.g., 30 days] before the check-in date.

Cancellation Policy
For Stays Cancelled by Guests:
Flexible Rate Bookings:

• Up to 30 days before check-in: Full refund of the amount paid.
• 29 to 15 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• 14 days or less before check-in: No refund.

Non-Refundable Rate Bookings:

• Anytime after booking: No refund.

For Stays Cancelled by Ashvida Luxury Villa Collection:

Force Majeure: If a stay is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), guests will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule their stay at a later date.

Other Cancellations: If we need to cancel a booking for any reason within our control, a full refund will be issued, along with a [specify compensation, e.g., discount on future bookings, complimentary services].

Refund Process
